Meet Our Team
Kerre Valtierra
Co-Founder + Chief Operating Officer
BS, MBA
Kerre’s extensive career in healthcare spans more than two decades, during which she has held various leadership roles, particularly within Patient Access and Ambulatory Operations. Her most recent position was Sr. Director of Operations at a large academic healthcare organization, where she spearheaded several initiatives aimed at standardizing, optimizing, and centralizing patient access functions to improve the overall patient experience.
Kerre has always been passionate about enhancing the patient journey, continuously seeking ways to improve care delivery and the continuum of care for patients, providers, and staff alike. Her work has focused on driving efficiency and innovation to elevate the healthcare experience for all stakeholders.
Outside of her professional life, Kerre enjoys the outdoors in Colorado, often exploring the mountains and engaging in various activities the state has to offer. She loves to travel and spends quality time with her husband and two young children, exploring new places together.
Dr. Allison Fox
Co-Founder + Chief Clinical Officer
Allison is a seasoned nurse + healthcare leader with extensive experience in clinical and administrative roles. With advanced degrees in Nursing Practice and Healthcare Leadership from the University of Colorado-Anschutz Medical Campus, she currently serves as the Chief Nursing Officer for a med/tech company. Her career has included roles where she demonstrated expertise in staff development, quality improvement, and operational management.
Allison has a proven track record of achieving organizational goals, enhancing patient care standards, and driving financial and clinical outcomes across diverse healthcare environments. Allison will support Suite Health’s strategy by driving collaboration with patients, providers, drug manufacturers, and quality experts in this industry to provide the BEST experience for everyone involved in the process.
Away from work, Allison enjoys living in Kansas City (GO CHIEFS!) with her husband, little boy, and French bulldog. They love getting away together…all over the world or right at home and a nearby lake. Allison is a huge fan of cooking/smoking/grilling, sports, pickleball, board games, decorating their home, a good prank (as long as it’s not on her), and helping others.
Christian Alavi
Co-Founder + Chief Financial Officer
Christian graduated from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln (Go Huskers!) majoring in Accounting and Finance and Masters of Professional Accountancy. Upon graduating, he worked in a couple different roles at RSM McGladrey and Deloitte with their tax and audit teams.
Having done audit and tax work for Fortune 500 companies to smaller family owned companies, he always knew his passion was small business. Working over 15 years with small businesses, Christian has a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed. He grew up in western SD within the family cattle ranch where he gained a passion for family owned companies.
After leaving Deloitte, he bought his first business (liquor store) and has continued to own, operate and consult with many family owned businesses. His diverse knowledge and experience combined with a genuine passion to help family owned companies succeed sets him apart. He firmly believes everyone should follow their passion and be involved in a family owned company. After all, it’s the fiber that holds us all together.
Christian now lives in Red Cliff, CO with his beautiful daughter Karoline. His love for the outdoors include skiing, golfing, mountain biking and climbing among many many others the mountain life provides. He is still very active in the family cattle ranch and enjoys teaching his daughter the value of hard work and compassion for caring for animals.
Sara Condra
Sara has always been driven by a passion for making a meaningful impact on people’s lives, particularly in the healthcare space. She is committed to working with products and services that genuinely benefit both the healthcare industry and, most importantly, patient care. With a strong focus on chronic pain and chronic illness, Sara has developed extensive education and hands-on experience in this specialized area.
Her professional background spans a variety of roles, including work with capital equipment, outpatient hospital settings, and staff development and training. Sara is committed to ongoing education in healthcare to continuously enhance her ability to serve both patients and providers effectively.
Outside of her professional life, Sara enjoys spending time with her family, being an enthusiastic aunt to her two nephews, teaching yoga, and exploring the natural beauty and outdoor activities that Colorado offers.
In her role at Suite Health, Sara will play a key role in supporting the company’s strategy by facilitating communication, driving growth, and serving as a liaison between providers, patients, and operations.
